Dongfeng Motor: The controlling shareholder of the company will be changed to Dongfeng Group stock resumption

On May 30, Dongfeng Motor announced that Dongfeng Group and Dongfeng Co., Ltd. signed the "Share Transfer Agreement", which stipulated that Dongfeng Co., Ltd. would transfer its 598 million shares of the company to Dongfeng Group, accounting for 29.9% of the company's total issued shares. The price is 5.60 yuan / share.It is also agreed that after the completion of this share transfer agreement, Dongfeng Group will issue a partial tender offer to all shareholders of the listed company except Dongfeng Group. The price is 5.6 yuan per share to gain control over the listed company.After the completion of this transaction, the controlling shareholder of the company will be changed from Dongfeng Co., Ltd. to Dongfeng Group; the actual controller will be changed from Dongfeng Co., Ltd. to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.The company's shares will resume trading on May 31.

On May 26, Dongfeng Motor announced that the controlling shareholder Dongfeng Co., Ltd. is planning the transfer of the company's shares, which may lead to a change in the company's control.The company's shares will continue to be suspended from the opening of the market on the morning of May 27 (Friday), and it is expected that the suspension will continue for no more than 3 trading days.

Dongfeng Motor sold 7,044 vehicles in April, a year-on-year decrease of 66.29%, of which 1,237new energy vehicleswere sold, an increase of 18.26% year-on-year.From January to April, the cumulative sales of automobiles was 49,616, a year-on-year decrease of 28.13%, of which the cumulative sales of new energy vehicles was 5,565, a year-on-year increase of 45.07%.
