Renault Lodgy unveiled at Star Guild Awards 2015; Hrithik becomes first host

Renault India launched its awaited Lodgy MPV at the Star Guild Awards 2015, where its brand ambassador Anil Kapoor launched the MPV with Renault India, MD and Mr. Ceo.Mr Sawhney held the keys to the Super Longshan and, as a result, he became the first owner of the Renault Lodgy in India.Last year at the same event, the company unveiled the 2014 Kam Ross at the Auto Expo and showed the car to Salman Khan.

The event was attended by celebrities such as Alia Bhatt, Deepika Padukone, Gulshan Grover, Priyanka Chopra, Rajkumar Hirani, Ritesh Deshmukh, Shahid Kapoor, Shraaddha Kapoor, Tiger Shroff and Varun Dhaw.With Lodgy, Renault Dustre Hotel also set off for awards night, Alia Bhatt in hot performance in the car and Bollywood celebs like Deepika, Priyanka, Shahid, Shahid signed an awning next to the sprayer and signed next to the SUV Got an Oster.

The Renault Lodgy is a sleek MPV with comfortable seating for seven passengers.The dashboard is borrowed from concrete, with subtle changes; the instrument cluster resembles the recently introduced Duster AWD.Higher variants will also come with a touchscreen infotainment system - 'Media Nav'.The system sports a seven-inch touchscreen that provides auxiliary inputs as well as Bluetooth for cell phone and satellite navigation.

Lodgy will offer Renault 1.5-litre K9k Turbo diesel and 1.6-litre petrol in India to power the dust collector.In the Duster, the engine is available in 85 PS and 110 PS versions, but the MPV may get a 110PS version.110PS out-of-band, with a maximum power of 108 BHP and a peak torque of 248Nm.The diesel will communicate with a five-speed manual transmission.We expect the Renault Lodgy to be priced around Rs.8 lacs, Elteg in the middle, Melio, enjoying on one side and Innova, Xylo on the other.
