Hyundai reveals first glimpse of i20 coupe

Hyundai Motor has revealed first impressions of the new-generation I20 coupe, showing how the company's model range will go beyond the recently revealed five-door version.The current five-door I20 has been launched in India as the Elite I20, replacing the previous-generation I20.This is Hyundai's answer to the growing competition in the hatchback market in India, also in Europe.

The new model promises a combination of driving pleasure, unique character and sporty refinement, enhancing the practicality and quality already predicted in its five-door sibling.

The new-generation I20 coupe features a sharper roofline and a unique roof spoiler that enhances its sporty appearance.In keeping with the new-generation I20 family, the coupe's long hood and generous proportions create a strong stance, while the overall architecture maintains an unmistakably simple design.At the back, meanwhile, the unique treatment wrapping around the rear window and light clusters conveys the model's sophisticated design.

Like the five-door version, the new-generation I20 coupe was designed and developed at the Hyundai Motor Design Center in Russelsheim, Germany.The upcoming Paris Motor Show will take on the answer with Hyundai's new coupe.The Korean automaker is aggressive, its product is designed and even it's loaded with features.The i20 gets Fluid Design 2.0, a new iteration of this design language that revolutionizes modern design philosophy.
